These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website (igccksa.net) and registration for the International Gastrointestinal Cancer Congress (IGCC) 2026, held 1–3 October 2026 at voco Jeddah Gate, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By using this site or registering for the congress, you agree to these terms.
1. Website content
All text, graphics, logos, and program content on this site are the property of IGCC or used with permission, unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
2. Accuracy of information
Speaker line-ups, session titles, timings, and the venue are published in good faith and are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. IGCC is not liable for losses arising from such changes, including travel or accommodation costs.
3. Registration and eligibility
Registration is intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, exhibitors, and other individuals with a genuine professional interest in gastrointestinal and liver disease. IGCC reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion.
4. Code of conduct
Delegates, speakers, and exhibitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others at all congress sessions and related events. IGCC reserves the right to remove any individual from the congress, without refund, for conduct it reasonably considers disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional.
5. Photography, recording, and consent
By attending IGCC 2026, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in future promotional and educational materials, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. CME accreditation
CME accreditation for IGCC 2026 has been applied for. Final accreditation status and credit hours will be confirmed closer to the congress and are not guaranteed until formally issued.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites, such as the venue or visa authorities, for delegate convenience. IGCC is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGCC and its organizing committee are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or attendance at the congress, including travel disruptions, personal injury, or loss of property, except where caused by our proven negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
